- [Instructor] We took a look at how to start an on demand impromptu meeting, but next, let's take a look at how to schedule a video meeting. Scheduled meetings are great for things like staff meetings, a virtual class or lab with students, guest speakers, discussions, or group meetings that you want to set for a particular time. Let's take a look at the best way to schedule a meeting. Now, much in the same way that I started a meeting before, within a channel, here, I'm in my general channel, I'm going to go up to Meet, but this time I'm going to click on the dropdown, and from here, select schedule a meeting. Now once I do this, I need to fill out some information. So first I need to give a title to this. I'll title it Introduction to Genetics.
