- [Instructor] As you and your colleagues gain more experience with Teams, you'll notice a shift in how you work. Rather than having as many face-to-face meetings, you'll be meeting in Teams. Rather than walking to somebody's door knocking to ask them a question, you'll simply click meet now and ask them . As you realize the power of synchronous communication, you'll begin to use Teams more for the kinds of questions that you used to spend a long time creating an email to ask. So with this shift then, what is in your inbox? Well, by default, you'll have messages from Teams in your inbox, missed Teams activities from that integration between Teams and Outlook. But you'll also by default, get an email from Teams whenever you're mentioned, whether it's personal, a channel mention or a team mention.
