Your Outlook calendar in Teams

- [Instructor] The calendar that you see in Microsoft Outlook and in Microsoft Teams is called your Microsoft Exchange Calendar. Exchange is like your post office, and that same calendar is viewed in both places. If I click the calendar button here, the calendar that will open will be my personal calendar that I would see in Outlook. There we go. So from here if I go directly to Outlook and look at this week, this is my calendar. Now I have access to other calendars, Robert Molina's calendar, the Wind Installs calendar, but I won't see them. The only calendar that I will see in Microsoft Teams is the calendar under my calendars called calendar. So if I add appointments to my calendar, they will appear also in Outlook. And you would create an appointment here in a similar way to how you would create it in Outlook on the web. Simply click where you want the appointment to go.
