- [Instructor] I work collaboratively on a number of documents, and in a perfect world, all of my colleagues would be style experts, but in fact, many of them don't use styles at all. They simply go in and change the colors of text or apply bold or underline and I'm supposed to try to figure out what that all means when I'm the person who's finishing the document and polishing it for all of us. Wouldn't it be great if I could just encourage them to use styles by making sure that styles are the tool that's available for them in the document? Yes, it would be great. And yes, I can do that. Here's what that process looks like. First, I need to determine what styles I'd like my colleagues to be able to use and ensure those styles are already in the document.
