- [Instructor] We've put a lot of work into the styles in this report. We have our K product name, our K head one, our K head two. We have the regular headings one and two, which we may wish to get rid of. If we thought we didn't want people using them, we could get rid of them and you simply right click and choose to remove it from the Style Gallery. Perhaps we have some other things we wanted to eliminate. We can do that. But what if I want to be able to use these again in another document without needing to start with this document, which we often do? I like the way it's formatted, so I'll start with that and then just modify text as I go along. Well, there's a better way to do this and that is actually to save this style set that we see here for reuse. You'll find the command over on the Design tab. Click on Style Set and save the styles we have now as a new style set. And it will save it with your templates. So…
