Use styles with find and replace
- [Instructor] Just as you can use Microsoft Word replace feature to locate and replace one string of text with another, you can also use it to replace one style with another. And I want to show you two different reasons you might want to do that. You may find others as you go along. This is where you would normally type texts but I'm going to click the More button, click on Format and choose Style. And I'm going to say that every place I have normal text in this document, I want to replace it with no spacing text. So there's the no space in style and I'm going to tell it to replace, and it's selecting this first one. So we'll replace that, replace this it's subtle, it just tightens it up a bit and then I'll finally tell it to replace all of them. So now I've tightened up all of that text in this document. Simply replacing one style with another. So that's one possibility. That what I need to do is simply tighten up…
