- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to customize our Moodle profile. I'm currently on my Moodle Dashboard. And here you'll notice that I have access to a couple of courses that I'll be teaching, as well as some dashboard blocks. It's also important to note that your Moodle site will probably look different than mine. Your organization has the ability to customize the look and layout, but the concepts I'll be teaching will be the same. Now your profile page will be available to the participants of your course, and it's a great way for them to get to know you. It provides a way for you to introduce yourself and begin to build rapport, which is especially important, if you aren't meeting face to face. So the first thing I want to do is to make sure that I have a profile page created and updated. Let's take a look at how to do this.
