- [Instructor] In Moodle, forums provide a way to engage students in online discussions about course content. This provides an opportunity for you, the instructor, to read what users are posting and then give feedback. Let's take a look at the form activity inside of Moodle. I'm going to add one in one of my sections. I'll go down here to communication fundamentals, and then on the right, I want to select add an activity or resource. I'm going to select forum. Now here's where we can begin to customize the overall forum. First, we'll give it a name. I'm going to title this one Elements of Communication Forum. You can leave a description if you want. And this is a good place to put any expectations that you might have.
