- [Narrator] So I have my dieline and my parting surface, which are absolutely critical. You can't design an injection molded part without them. Now, as far as I'm concerned, you also need to create some parameters or expressions and use those expressions to drive all of the next shapes, the various draft angles and thicknesses. That way, if you have to make a change, the change can be done globally from one spot versus you trying to go in and make several little modifications here, there, and everywhere else and to get to those expressions, you just go under tools, go to expressions and as you can see at the top it just takes me by default into the modification or creation of my expressions. So the first one I want to create is called draft. This is going to be the driver for all of my angled surfaces. Come in, dimensionality, you'll see currently is at length.
