Edge blend

- [Instructor] So now I wanna talk about the edge blend function. With edge blends, you're basically picking the edge that you want to apply a round to. Now, as you go through the menu, you'll notice that I have continuity on. I could do tangent, I could do curvature. So what this is telling me is that the blend that I'm applying isn't necessarily going to be round in nature. It could have acceleration. But the way it determines the size is based off of a rolling ball. So you can have a standard edge blends, which is tangent, and then you can have curvature continuous edge blends. Also, if I look under shape, I have circular and conic. And again if I'm using a conical shape, I'll have a row value to help determine the shape of the blend. But once again you can see here in the description, the little picture that's popped up, that the conic will have a peak, or a flat spot, depending on what you've determined, but the tangencies are determined by a rolling-ball radius. So we'll just…
