- [Narrator] Now that we have a part designed, we may want to go through and analyze the part and make sure things check out as far as size and relationships, of faces and distances that type of thing. So the easiest way to get to a measure tool is simply out in space. Click with the first mouse button and you come across and you'll notice that I have measure distance. So I click on measure distance. Under the measure distance menu, there's gonna be a lot of options. You'll notice there's distance, projected distance, screen distance, lengths, radius, diameter, points on curves, so on. I'm just gonna talk about the basics behind this, so you have a good understanding of how the tool basically operates. So I'm gonna leave it on distance and you'll notice that I have start point and an end point. And I also have a minimum distance, minimum local, maximum that type of thing.
