Camera projection

In chapter 15, we saw how the UV project node was used for simple texture map projections onto 3-D geometry. In this video, we'll see how to do the all important camera projection, a staple of visual effect shots. The basic idea is to take a photograph, camera projected onto matching geometry, then re-photograph it with another camera. So I'll show you how to set up a camera projection. These two spheres simply have the images texture maped on in the regular way. We have a scene camera here that we can look through, and see our results. We'll go back to the default view. So to set up a camera projection, I'll select the read node, come over to the 3D pop-up, Shader> Project3D. The camera projection node is a shader. So, we'll select that, and hook up our projection camera. Lets skood in a little closer here, so I can see what's going on.
