The GridWarp node
The grid warp node can be used to both warp and morph images. It's the node of choice if you don't need a great deal of fine control. Here we'll see how to warp an image to fit over a background plate. The warps can, of course, be animated and even linked to trackers. So we'll add our node, we'll select the read node, let's use the tab function. Hit the tab key to search for a G-R-I there is the grid warp. Click on that. Open up the grid warp node. And the image is hooked up to the source input of the grid warp node. By default it's going to start off with a destination warp, which is exactly what you need if you're just going to warp an image, not morphing. Let's start by seeing how to edit the control points. I'm going to push in a little bit. Oh, notice the lines kind of disappear. Now that's just a little overlay graphical anomaly depending on what your zoom factor is. The lines are still there.
