- [Steve] Nuke 8 now supports true wireframe renders for scanline images. Previously, the only ScanlineRender options were off, solid, and textured. Now a whole array of wireframe options have been added. Let's take a look. We'll start over here with the wireframe render options. Let's switch to the 3D view so you an see the setup. Got this little geometry thing all texture mapped. Back to our 2D view and we'll open up the ReadGeo node. So we're talking about right here, this rendered field. The old options again were off, solid, and textured, but here is the whole new set. We can now do a wireframe render, we can do solid + wireframe, and textured + wireframe. Now these new render options are supported by the ReadGeo node and all the geometric primitives. The Geometry node wireframe render ignores lights. If you want to light your wireframes, you'll need to use the Wireframe shader node, so let's take a look at that. I'll clear the property bin, turn on all of this, and open up the…
