- [Instructor] So far we've watched several videos that demonstrate various aspects of the Nuke user interface. Here we'll pull it all together to see the overall workflow for building the simple little shot that we've been working with. So, the first thing I need to do is read in my jet and my background plate. To do that I need a node that reads in an image. So, we'll come up here to the Images tab, pop that up and select the Read node. The Read node contains a browser. My VFX compositing course is located on my Desktop, and there's my Nuke VFX Compositing course here and we'll go to the Lesson 1 Media and there's my jet, jet fighter.tif. I click on that, the browser shows me a copy of the image, now we're not using any clips because that's a little more complicated, so I just have a single still image here. Okay, that's the image I want, so I'll click Open and the Read node lands in the Node Graph. I'm going to hook the Viewer up to it so I can admire my jet and up here, I want to…
