Gathering form requirements

- Whenever I create forms in Word, I use table to lay out my form. Tables organize the form and keep all of the different sections together to structure the form itself. This is a form that we'll be creating and it was laid out using a table. Can't necessarily see the table because the gridlines aren't displayed but the table is here. We begin this form, not by sitting down and creating it but by making a list of the fields of data that need to be included in the form and organizing those fields in a way that makes sense. I'm creating this form for our events team. User's going to create the form when they want information about holding an event at the Landon Hotel in San Francisco. And when I talk with the events team, they identified the information that they needed to collect from potential clients. Let me show you that information that they provided to me.
