Protecting the form

- When a user engages with a form, they should be able to anticipate an easy experience. They shouldn't have to click to move from one control to another if they don't want to. If they're a keyboard user, they should be able to use the Tab key to move around. And they shouldn't accidentally be able to damage the form to delete information that we didn't intend them to delete or to accidentally add or delete rows in a table. The way we ensure that that works, that that user experience is predictable and safe and consistent is that we will protect the form itself, in one of two different ways. I'm going to show you, first, how you use the Restrict Editing function to protect a form and then I'm going to show you Grouping. And in between, I'll tell you why you might choose one over the other. If we want to restrict editing, very, very easy to do.
