Save objects as pictures for easy access

- [Instructor] You may have objects in a PowerPoint presentation that you'd like to use in a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet, for example, or perhaps you have those objects in Word and would like to use them in PowerPoint. The point is that we can now take objects and save them as pictures to get easy access to them for any of our other apps, even outside of Office 365. We're here in PowerPoint because we do have different types of objects on our slides that can be saved as pictures and then reused elsewhere. You can see here, for example, I have a chart. And clicking anywhere in the chart shows me the object and its size and its shape. But perhaps I want the title with it. So clicking up here in the title and clicking the border selects it. Holding down Shift and clicking the graph down below selects both. And now I can take both of these and turn them into a single picture I can reuse elsewhere. Right-click and…
