- [Instructor] Another major benefit of Microsoft Teams is that it allows you to store and share files in the cloud so they can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection and a device. First, on the left-hand side in the side navigation bar, I'm going to navigate to the Files icon. And this brings me to my files. So in here it's any recent files that have been shared within any of my teams. Below that I have Microsoft Teams, so I can see any files that have been uploaded or created within my Teams platform. And then below this, you have cloud storage, so this automatically will integrate your OneDrive account and your OneDrive storage. So I can access my files and resources and share them with students. Now you also at the bottom, have the ability to add other cloud storage, such as Dropbox, Box and Google Drive, and then use those documents or files to be able to share them with other staff, with your…
