- [Instructor] There may be times when your presentation will not print or print the way that you intended it to print. Let's start off with the quick fixes to make sure that you can print your presentation. Starting off with, is the printer turned on? Is there paper in the printer? Is there ink in the printer? My printer will not print if even one of the colors is empty. Are the cables secure? Is the printer on a wireless network, and is it connected? Is the printer paused? Always check to make sure that the printer drivers are up-to-date. And if all else fails, then double-check to ensure that Windows and Office is up-to-date. That should take care of printing problems. Now let's take a look at how we can fine tune the printing in a PowerPoint presentation.
