- [Instructor] In the last lesson, we examined how to repair or update Office if things go astray. Sometimes the repair or update will not fix an issue and your only option left will be to uninstall Office. To uninstall Office from a Windows system, you can do so using Add Remove Programs from Settings. Locate the installer and then select Uninstall and you will be prompted to hit Uninstall one last time, just to be sure. I am not going to uninstall Office. If you are unable to uninstall through this method, then you can use the Office Uninstall Support Tool. The tool can be found in the support.office.com website. It's here you'll find the steps to uninstall Office from different Windows systems, as well as the support tool itself, which can be found under Option Two. You'll need to scroll down a little bit.
