What you need to know

- [Instructor] Before jumping into this course, there are a few things that you should know. This course focuses on troubleshooting common Office 365 application issues. It's designed for the Level 1 Administrator, who is supporting users. Therefore, you should be familiar with Office 365 and the Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, et cetera. If you're an individual learner, this course can also be beneficial. In order to step through some of the demonstrations, you'll need to have access to either Office 365 or the Office suite of applications. We cover a lot of the troubleshooting steps in this course. If you're looking for more in-depth Office 365 administrative courses, please refer to the library.
