Changing permissions and access to files

- When you decide to share documents with others, via a shared location such as OneDrive or anywhere else in the Cloud, down the road you may decide that you need to change up the type of permission they have to access the file, or maybe even no longer grant them access to the file at all. So, how do we do that? Well, to follow along with me, you will have had to have completed the previous movie where we gave somebody access to our file, and it was our Landon Hotel guide, if you were following along with me, LH_Guide1204, but anytime you share with people, you can always see the latest by clicking the Share tab in the top, right-hand corner. It's from here where I see that I'm the owner, and I'm editing this document. It's open right now. And Karen Leslie can view it. That's what we decided, but maybe she should be able to actually make changes to the document. By right-clicking here on the list, we can change the permission to the other option, which is Can Edit.
