Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar

The other toolbar that can be totally customized here in Word 2013 is the quick access toolbar. Up at the very top, by default, is where you'll find it, and it contains default buttons, like Save, Undo, and Redo. Earlier, when we created a macro, we decided it should appear on the quick access toolbar, so we'll see macros that we add to our quick access toolbar up here as well. There are other commands that are turned off right now that can be turned on by clicking the dropdown. Anything with a check already appears there. Anything without can be added, like Open; I really like that one. Click the dropdown. And how about Quick Print? That's a good one as well. Click the dropdown again, and if there are more commands you'd like to add that don't appear on this list, go down to More Commands. From here, you'll notice we're actually customizing the Quick Access Toolbar this time, and all we need to do is locate the commands that we want. Click the dropdown for Popular Commands, and…
