Part drawings
- [Instructor] After you design parts and assemblies, the next logical step is to make drawings. Now I have the Linda SkateBoard document open that we've been using throughout the course, and I have the hanger part up in front of me and that's the part I'd like to make a drawing from. So to get started with drawings, let's go down here, click on the plus and come up here and say create drawing. Now we have a whole bunch of different templates that we can use, and a lot of them are preloaded from Onshape. I can also download and create my own templates, I can upload them back into Onshape. I have a whole bunch of options and we can really get into a lot of detail there. But to get started, I'm just gonna show you the basic Onshape templates. Now you can use either millimeter or inch-type templates, and we have all the various different sizes of drawings.
