- [Speaker] Our fourth objective is to flag received messages. I'd like to call your attention to the flag column. You can see that I've currently got two messages that have been flagged. Both the budgeting lunch and the quote for large group. We see the flag icons in the flag column. It's easy to click in this column and apply a flag to any message. I can also right click on a message and change the flag from today as the default to tomorrow, this week, or even choose a custom date. For this one I'll go ahead and choose this week. A few things happen when you click the flag icon. One, we see them in the flag column but we also see them in the to do bar at the right. This is because flagging an item puts it on your to do list. The other thing you'll notice is that these flagged items show up in the for followup folder. You might see this folder in your favorites at the left-hand side of the screen. If you don't see if…
