Create and manage contact groups
- [Instructor] Contact groups allow you to send a single email to a group of email addresses such as your department, a list of customers, family members. Let's take a look at the MOS objectives around creating and managing contact groups. You'll need to know how to create and delete contact groups, add contacts to existing contact groups, add notes to a contact group, update contacts within contact groups, and delete contact group members. Let's take a look at some existing contact groups before we create them. Notice the new employee group. I can tell it's a group because it has the word group right on the contact form. You can double-click on new employees and see the members of this group. I'll go ahead and close this contact group.
