- [Instructor] Let's create a contact now. In the contacts area, I got here by selecting the people hub icon in the bottom left-hand side of the screen. From here, I'll click new contact on the top left. It's going to open up a large cart, and I can input as much or as little as I know about that contact. I can add a second email if I have one, by clicking the pull-down next to the email address and selecting a different option. I can do the same thing, for phone numbers, I can click the pull-down and add a new one. I can also put in the address, and I can click map it to pull up a map of the contact's address. I can click inside the notes field, and add any personal notes about this contact. As you can see, as I'm typing, a business card appears on the top right-hand side. I can even click categorize at the top of the screen and add a category, just like we did with mail messages. I can create a follow up flag, it can even add a reminder to it, if I wanna be reminded to get in touch…
