Your personal rhythm, and your work rhythm.…To establish this we want to create a calendar,…as I've done here, called time budget.…We turn this calendar on and turn off your regular calendar.…Again because the time budget,…is not your actual schedule,…it's just the ideal schedule that you might…follow in a perfect day.…And since we're going to be focusing on your daily schedule,…let's switch the view to day.…That allows us to see the 24 hours…that you have available in your day.…
