- [Instructor] To create a new email from the Home ribbon tab in the Mail section, click New Email on the top left-hand side of the screen. The first thing you'll need to decide, is which aCcount the message is from if you have multiple email aCcounts set up. The default aCcount is my Red30 Tech aCcount, but remember, we added a Gmail aCcount too. So I can click the dropdown next to From and choose either aCcount. After that, I'll click my mouse in the To field. From here, I can start typing an email address or a name if I have that user in my contacts or if I've emailed them recently. I'll be showing you how to add somebody to Contacts in a later video. I can either select one of these emails to use it or continue typing. As long as I separate email addresses with a semicolon, I can continue adding more to the list. I can also add a name from the Address Book. I'll click the To button.
