Creating personal stationery
- We can create an email that contains a bit more pizzaz that we use for special occasions by creating personal stationary. To create personal stationary start by creating a new email and getting it all formatted just the way you want to. I'm going to remove my signature file information and I'll change the background to a color that looks nice with our logo and then I'll add our logo. To change the background select the Options ribbon tab. I'll change the colors to be the nice violet color scheme that matches our logo and then I'll change the page color to a color that will compliment our logo well. I'll then insert our logo by changing to the Insert ribbon tab, choosing pictures, browsing my file system for our logo, clicking the Insert button and it will get brought into the email. It's a little big so I can resize it by dragging on the outside corner and dragging inwards to make it smaller. Now my stationary is all set up just the way i want to. I need to save it in a special…
