- [Instructor] Flag your item for follow-up is similar to creating a task for it. For example, here's a reminder that I received from a workflow in Microsoft Flow saying I have three days to review this particular document and I'm going to need to spend some time on it. Not an hour, but not five minutes. So I'm going to flag this for follow-up and I'm going to flag it for this week. Because I have Monday through Friday as my work days and my Outlook calendar will effectively flag it for Friday. My other choices would be today, tomorrow, next week, which would flag it for next Friday or to set a particular date. I can also set a reminder, if I wish. I'm going to, however, simply flag this for this week. Now, when I look at this item, it actually has a nice little yellowish background. That's pretty sweet and if I go to my Tasks list, here's this item, right here. After I have completed this task, after I have done this work, then I can go in and mark this as complete, if I wish.
