Insert items in an appointment

- [Instructor] When you look at your calendar, it's easy to think of these events, and appointments, and meetings as simply placeholders that hang on to some time for us so that we can complete our work on our own or with others. But they're actually much more than that because each of these appointments and meetings is actually a container. If you have documents, links, text, video, or other information that's related to an appointment or a meeting, you can store those items directly in the appointment form simply by clicking on the Insert tab. When you click down in the body of the appointment form, you can attach files. Here's your list of recent files. You can attach Outlook items, for example if I wanted to attach a contact, so that I would have their information for the meeting, perhaps I want to add Adrian, I can simply double-click and drop Adrian's contact item in.
