- [Instructor] Our fourth objective is to respond to invitations. It's important to note that you can do this from the inbox or from the calender. I'll start by going to Mail. Notice at the top of my inbox is a project status meeting invite from Cecilia. I can tell this is a meeting invite because it has a calender icon next to it. I'll double-click to open project status and notice my options to respond at the top. The first thing I notice is that no response is required. However, I may want to respond so that this appears on my calender as an accepted meeting. I'll click Change Response and choose accept. I can then send the response now. If you're asked to add a message, you would want to click edit the response before sending. In this case, I'll go ahead and send. I can also respond to meetings from my calender.
