- [Instructor] Let's go over how to read your email on a day-to-day basis. I'm going to start by clicking the black triangle to the left of Favorites to collapse this pane. This is going to give me just a little bit more room on the left-hand side to view the two separate email accounts so that you can see them more clearly. I can navigate each email account by clicking on the inbox or whichever particular folder I want to look at, such as Sent Items. I can also navigate through each email account by clicking on the inbox of whichever one I want to see. I'll always know where I am by that gray bar going across whichever folder I'm in. For now, I'm going to click back on the inbox of my red30tech account. The blue number next to the folder tells me how many unread messages I have. I can tell that a message is unread because it has this blue bar next to it, and it's in boldfaced and blue color. This way, I'll see it clearly.
