Setting advanced general Outlook options

- We've gone over lots of settings you can change to make Outlook work for you. Just in case you want to see all the options you have, and it's a good idea to revisit these frequently, just in case your working style has changed, select the File ribbon tab and choose Options. These are all the Outlook Options that you can customize. For example, you can set Outlook as the default program for your e-mail, contacts, and calendar. From here, you can go through each tab and change all the preferences to those that suit your needs. For example, in People, you can choose how you want the sort order, and you can also choose whether you want photographs to be shown beside people. You can change your Task settings, your Search bar settings, and clicking Advanced will give you many more things you can change. For example, you can tell Outlook where to start when you open it up.
