Setting calendar preferences
- We've gone over a lot of calendar options. But there's a few extras that you can go in and set at your leisure. Here's where to find them. To set your calendar permission levels to show whether you want people to see your free and busy time, you can click Calendar Permissions directly from the Home ribbon tab. This can skip an entire step of having to go to the File menu first. I'm going to click Cancel of out this. Let's select File from the ribbon tab and choose Options. From here, select Calendar. Here's where you can set all sorts of options, such as the the start time and end time of your work hours. You can also choose the days that your work week happens in, and when your first day of the week starts. You can set your default calendar reminder time, and you can also choose either never or always to allow attendees to propose new times for meetings.
