- [Instructor] You'll know an email contains an attachment because in the message summary, there's a paperclip icon. The attachments are located at the top of the email message itself. There's a few things you can do with attachments. To open it up and read it, you can double-click on it. You can also click on the pull down to the right of the attachment itself. Clicking Preview will open up a window, so that you can see what the attachment is going to look like. You can print it, and you can also save it to your computer. If you want, you can save all of them at the same time. I'll save this one attachment by clicking Save As. It's going to open up a Browse dialog on my computer, and I can choose a place to save it. I'll save it to my desktop, and click Save. Now that it's been saved, I can also choose to remove it. This will keep the email on my computer, but remove the attachment, which I might need to save some space. I can also choose to upload the attachments. This is useful if…
