Features in common between IDEs for PHP development
- [Narrator] There is a lot of overlap in the functionality of the various PHP IDEs. That is to say, there are some common features that you would expect most of them to have, and the question becomes, how strong is the implementation, or how much do we like the particular implementation of these features in an IDE under consideration? On the slides, we can see some of the kinds of features that you would want to look for, and to make comparisons between, in choosing an IDE for yourself. As we go through the course, you will see how some of these different features compare between various IDEs, so that you have an idea of what is most important to you.
