- [Instructor] Ah, the Brush Selector bar. This is Painters equivalent of a art store. And traditionally you've basically go up to the Brush Selector bar which is this little portion before the actual property bar. And if you click on it, it opens up this amazing art store. And what you have on the left side are categories. So things like Pens, Pens and Pencils, you go in here you click on it. What you'll se on the right side are what Painter calls variants. These are the specific tools that are set up to act in various ways. So the Scratchboard Tool for example, I would go here and that's where I could access that particular tool. Now, it used to be that this was the one way to get to it. That you'd select something, you'd find a specific brush and then it'd go away and you start working. They've also added recently the Brush Selector palette. So now you actually have a way to keep it open if you want. And as I've mentioned before, I do a lot of brush design and I find it, when I'm…
