Throughout this course we're going to be taking little breaks to give you something we call pro tips. A pro tip is an important idea that you can get across really quickly, and we're breaking these out because these are typically very important things that you want to commit, like, to your core. And this is the first. This is something you will hear us say over and over again through this course, and that is, be a thinking photographer. It sounds simple enough. I first got this concept given to me by a photographer named Chris Usher. He was sort of a, a mentor a few years ahead of me in 1988 at the, the paper where I was interning, he was working, The Orlando Sentinel in Orlando, Florida.
