Exploring the food and organic farming in Cuba

- I think because of my iPhone I started taking food pictures back some time ago, and like everyone else I've posted them on Instagram and social network and that has carried through to my travels. Now I find myself, in restaurants when I'm abroad or in Cuba, taking pictures of the food, and I'm glad that came about because the images of the food a lot of times remind me of what happened that evening or that day. In the case of Cuba, looking at the food that's on the plate also reminds me of everything that they had to go through to get that plate of food there. I'll be honest with you, I don't think I went to Cuba, and a lot of people I know go to Cuba, for the outstanding, exquisite cuisine. The reason I say that is not because the preparation isn't good, it's because you eat what is available there and what they do in the private restaurants, which are the restaurants that are not owned by the government, is that, they work hard to make it as flavorful, and do as good as…
