- I've really enjoyed sharing with you the tips that I think are valuable for having a great experience in what was possibly the best trip of my life. Packing your camera bag, that's very important, making sure you have the right clothing, yes, that's a very big deal. You know, knowing where you're gonna go, all of that sort of stuff is vital to a big trip, but there's one other thing that I think is also very important and that is the attitude which you go over there with, and in my case, I honestly believe I had a great experience in Cuba because of my frame of mind, going over there saying, I want to learn from these people, I want to immerse in their life, and I want to take away the things that they have to offer. And it's funny, when I come back here and I tell people about Cuba, I don't start a lot of times with how beautiful the buildings were or even how cool the cars are, even though all of that is true.
