Solution: Shooting at night

- [Voiceover] So, for my solution to the challenge, when I came across this bar/restaurant/hotel, where the musicians were playing, I thought, ah, that's pretty cool, so, I started to shoot. And at first I was getting the band, I had a 35 millimeter lens, I don't have a wider lens with me, it would have been nice maybe to have a little bit of a wider lens, so I worked with it, and I started shooting rather tight, but then I realized, if I loosen up, it even is arguably more interesting. So that's the process. You start somewhere, but you work it, and you try different things, until you kind of feel that you've got the best possible shot from the situation. I like the fact that the disco ball was happening, they looked really good onstage, and then there was stuff happening out on the streets. So I thought this scene really captured some of the energy of New York City, and the goings on both inside and outside on the streets, so, here's my solution to the night scene/low light challenge, but I can't wait to see yours. So I'm going to be looking for yours, and happy shooting!
