- Well, it was a late night last night, which is pretty typical for when I'm out photographing at night. Oftentimes, I'll just figure "Hey, I'm up, I'm awake. "I'll just stay out and keep shooting." Beautiful light last night in the full moon, and as is often the case, also, with night photography sessions with me is that when I got back to the house, I had to light-process some of the images even though it was really late. I just want to go through some of the shots from the week and talk about some of the adjustments I made and what worked and what didn't work. I'm going to start off here with the Bombay Beach shot, one of the first shots from Bombay Beach, and this is that trailer that was kind of just sinking down into the earth. I really like the dark, brooding clouds in this shot. I felt that it really kind of added to the whole atmosphere of the place. If I just show you a Before and After of what I've done in Lightroom, you can see how I've intensified the clouds there…
