Working the shot with the 10-stop ND filter on water

- So as I explored the shore a little bit more I found that the foam has more or less drifted out now and I'm not really feeling it. But instead of just abandoning this whole long exposure idea, I found some really cool rocks under the water. So I'm going to try and kind of smooth this water out, see some of those rocks in the foreground, and just it's great to experiment and try different foregrounds. So now I'm going to work more on the rocks. I studied the histogram of my last shot and I found that while I hit the right wall, I wasn't hitting the left wall. So I think with this exposure is I'm going to go about 30 seconds less, so I want to be right around eight minutes. So I'm going to make it a little bit tighter, all right. So let's go ahead. I've already got my focus. I checked the polarization to give me the kind of the best view of the rocks. We've got a bunch of little fish under here. They're not going to show up but it's cool to see them. So we're just going to go ahead…
