- [Instructor] Hello friends, in this week's episode we are in Photoshop, and here at Photoshop I'm going to work with this action sports shot that I captured in Los Angeles and what I want to do is I want to take a look at how we can take our subject here, the skateboarder, and position him higher in the sky, just so that it has a little bit more drama. Well, how can we do that? Well, first, what we need to do is kind of evaluate the image, and we can see that the sky actually changes the brightness value as it gets higher, so we're going to need to make a selection of our subject. I'll show you a few techniques that don't work and then we'll problem-solve and we'll make this so that it looks really good. Okay, well let's copy the background layer just so we have the original layer back there and I'm just going to name this one copy, just so that we have that above.
