Adjusting your LCD
- Depending upon the model of camera you have, your Nikon camera supports a few options to adjust the LCD panel for both comfort and visibility. First up, if you're using a more consumer-oriented Nikon camera, the articulating viewfinder may be able to bend. Perhaps it just rotates to give you a better angle. Or some even support flipping it around so you can shoot in a mirrored mode when taking things like selfies. These type of viewfinders allow for a lot of adjustment and flexibility, but you'll typically find them on the cameras that Nikon makes that are aimed more at consumers and not professionals. If you're shooting on a traditional Nikon camera and the DSLR, the actual LCD screen is flush with the camera body and, often, cannot be adjusted. So it'll just depend upon the model and the functionality that you have, but explore those options, because it can be convenient to reposition the LCD.
