Battery Pouch

- One of the key ingredients in digital photography is power, and that usually means batteries, sometimes lots of batteries. You'll want to make sure, of course, keep your batteries charged and to have multiple batteries just in case, and that means you also want to keep them organized and safe. Now, most batteries come with a little plastic cover, and one of the key reasons for that cover is actually to cover up, to block the metal connectors, because it's possible to short out the battery if a metal object were to essentially connect both of those connectors together. And so we want some sort of method of keeping other metal objects away from the contacts on the battery itself, and we also want to keep our batteries organized. And I found a great solution for that. It is the battery pouch from LensCoat. I happen to have the one plus one version here. It's actually two pouches that snap together on the back. Each pouch holds one battery. There are various options available, including two battery pouches, so you can connect two plus two to have four batteries in a single, essentially, package. And we've got a nice hook and loop opening here so my batteries are kept nice and safe inside and those metal contacts are protected, so I don't have to worry about any other metal objects coming in contact with my batteries. So I found these battery pouches from LensCoat to be a great solution for sort of keeping your batteries organized and at the same time keeping them safe.
