Battery charging on the go

- When you're traveling for photography, by definition, you're out of your normal routine. After all, you're not at home, and as a result, some things might slip through the cracks in terms of your overall workflow, and that includes charging your batteries. I've found on more than one occasion, I've gotten out into the field while traveling, and I neglected to bring a spare battery with me because it was still on the charger, and the charger was not in an obvious location. So whenever possible, when I'm charging my batteries while traveling, I try to make sure that I put that charger in a place that will be plainly visible. If there's an outlet near the front door, for example, I'll usually put it there, or if there's a desk in the room, I'm typically going to be working on my laptop from time to time, if there is a charger in plain view on the desk, that works out great as well.
